Safeguarding Audit Reports and Corrective Actions
The Center will conduct at least 1 audit of the USOPC and all Organizations under USOPC jurisdiction every calendar year.
The tables below contain audit reports for years 2026 and 2025 (there is a hyperlink for 2021 – 2024) listing each National Governing Body (NGB) subject to Center audits. The Final Report from an NGB’s audit can be viewed by clicking the name of the relevant NGB on the table or by clicking the link provided in the ‘Audit Report’ column.
After an audit, an NGB may be required to undertake Corrective Actions by the Center’s prescribed deadline. The statuses of Corrective Actions are color-coded within these tables. Click the memo link in the ‘Corrective Action Update’ column to see details of an NGB’s Corrective Action(s).
The presence of Corrective Action(s) is not unusual and does not necessarily mean an audit led to an unsatisfactory outcome.
The Center’s Audit and Compliance Manual is a core reference for audit processes, timelines and other important details that NGB and USOPC personnel preparing for Center audits should keep handy.
All NGBs are scheduled to receive an Event Audit in 2024.
After an audit, an NGB may be required to undertake corrective actions by the Center’s prescribed deadline. The statuses of corrective actions are color-coded within these tables. Click the memo link in the ‘Corrective Action Update’ column to see details of an NGB’s corrective action(s).
The presence of corrective action(s) is not unusual and does not necessarily mean an audit led to an unsatisfactory outcome. However, a “Critical” status indicates that an NGB has not satisfactorily completed required corrective actions within the Center’s prescribed deadline. NGBs in Critical status may be subject to additional requirements.
